Shannon is a Charlottesville native with a Master’s degree in biopsychology and a minor in statistics. Following graduate school, she worked as a marketing research director and project manager. This seemingly unlikely path to trusted Realtor has afforded her a robust set of skills that uniquely position her as a premier agent. While much of Shannon’s success in pricing and selling homes can be attributed to her experience in understanding consumers through marketing research and her love of numbers, it was the years of implementing research protocol that created an effective and efficient communicator, detail-oriented analyst, and a swift and creative problem-solver who provides meticulous expertise and peace of mind for buyers and sellers alike.
When she isn’t working, Shannon can be found enjoying local shops, vineyards, and restaurants with her husband and friends, walking her dog downtown, reading real estate news, and cooking.
